Azamat Fayzullaev has more than 26 years of experience working as a lawyer in Uzbekistan, with emphasis on corporate, antitrust, commercial, and employment law.

For the last 16 years Azamat, as one of the founding partners of the law firm “Leges Advokat”, has been providing a comprehensive range of legal services to multinational corporations, international organizations, sovereign governments, and their agencies, as well as domestic corporations.

Azamat has the experience, technical and support resources necessary to meet the full gamut of his clients’ needs in the market of Uzbekistan. He is committed to providing his clients with efficient, consistent, high-quality service combined with an innovative approach.

Azamat regularly handles various corporate law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, company formations and dissolutions, employment-related issues, various commercial transactions, advice on investment into, and divestment from the Uzbek market.

Also, Azamat often acts as a local law expert in international commercial disputes involving Uzbek law matters and provides his local law opinion for the international arbitrators.
