We are delighted to sucessfully advise Magnum Cash&Carry, the largest retailer in Kazakhstan, on its acquisition of Carrefour, the French supermarket chain, in Uzbekistan. This deal marks a significant milestone for Magnum, as they expand their presence and market share in Uzbekistan.
