Leges Advokat consults lenders on Air Products' direct investments to the Uzbekistan GTL.

We were delighted to provide our legal services to primary lenders of Uzbekistan GTL regarding the investments of Air Products in the amount of 1 billion in developing an industrial complex for processing industrial gases as part of the Uzbekistan GTL plant in the Kashkadarya region.

From our part, we ensured that the rights of the original lenders are secured with the involvement of such substantial investments in the project. In this regard, we have reviewed the company's necessary corporate approvals, creditors' approvals, and additional security documents. Our legal opinion on this project confirms the validity and enforceability of the company's existing obligations before the lenders and analyses the effects of the new investments in the company.
